“My Brain and Me” – Podcast Series
The series follows brain aging through processes that unfold long before clinical manifestation: protein accumulation, immune activity, genetic and hormonal variation, and sustained environmental influences. Within this, factors that reshape disease trajectory, like physical activity, cognitive stimulation, and sleep, are examined alongside complex biological contexts such as sex differences and maternal–fetal interactions. Together, Alzheimer’s emerges as a multi-system process developing over time through the convergence of parallel mechanisms.
