The university provides the necessary tools and systems for managing your studies; however, students are fully responsible for planning, registering, and tracking their academic progress, primarily through the Inbar system.

To help you navigate academic management, we have compiled essential guidelines.

  • Detailed program structures can be found under Undergraduate Programs and Tracks.

  • Academic field trips involve an additional fee.
Departmental Hours

  • Notifications about make-up sessions will be provided in advance.
Additional Academic Requirements
  • Each year, students must register for Basic Jewish Studies courses /General courses (via the cluster in the Inbar) in accordance with university regulations – a total of 20 credits throughout the degree.
  • Students who are required to do so must also complete English as a Foreign Language and Hebrew Expression courses.
  • It is recommended to prioritize major program courses first before scheduling additional requirements.

  • Eligibility is determined after Semester B’s first exam period.
  • Students who do not meet this requirement must consult the academic advisor to arrange their registration.
Retaking Courses
  • Students who fail a course must re-register for it the following year.
  • A course may not be taken more than twice, and students may not sit for the exam more than four times.
Re-enrollment in a Course to Improve a Passing Grade
  • Students may retake up to two courses to improve a passing grade, only in the following year and with approval from the Study Programs & Monitoring Department (TLM).
