The Microarray and Bioinformatics Unit offers services to the researchers and students from the Faculty of Life Sciences as well as external companies.
The DNA Microarray Core Facility provides comprehensive resources to assist researchers in employing DNA microarray technology. Its personnel provide assistance to investigators in planning the scope of DNA microarray experimentation, as well as performing target preparation, hybridization, scanning, and data analysis.
The Unit supports usage of bioinformatics tools and databases in order to assist researchers in achieving their scientifi goals more efficiently.
